It is said to be art because it is one of the performing arts. It is a way of expressing yourself through movement. It is said to be a recreatin because what else club dancing can be - it's fun.

Because it is an art; it was used as a way to express oneself through out the years from all different ways of cultures and periods of times. It is a form of recreation, it's a movement that is not only physical but again, a way to express oneself or one's time.

dance is a form of recreation as it relaxes u frm tnsions.. it makes u feel good.. and it z an art which allows u to expresss urself though ur movements and expressions
