Can be hot, it just depends on the guy. Criss Angel wears it - way hott.

My boyfriend is in a band so i ALWAYS do his eyeliner a bit of eyeliner on his water line and on the top smudged but winged out it deff looks hot! and somtimes i do a black smokey eye for him
he even wears a bit of tinted moisturiser on his face to make him bootiful!

Captain Jack Sparrow can def. pull it off, Johnny Depp looks like a million bucks with eyeliner on, I'm sure some guys can pull it off too, but its a bit strange.

eyeliner is g,a.y for any guy who wears it lol ..... ive have been given a mate whose extraordinarily kick back yet at partys wears tight denims and eyeliner and everyone else thinks his a fa-g and comparable as me
