I hate that feeling.......tip your head over bacwards undre a stream of cold water, and let it flush out.....I hope your eye feels better soon!!

You need to enlist an assistant with a wet q-tip.
If you can't get it out, visit a doctor asap. Certain types of objects in the eye can cause permanent damage.

when you're in the shower get the water like room temp and let it run in your eye. I got a cat hair out last week like this.

maybe you should get eye drops. the ones with artifical tears so it may get washed out. that once happened to me and the artifical tears got out a little, but some one still left so I had to go to the doctors (blech)

rinse your eye with water under the faucet for 10-20 minutes, however long it takes.

Blink like crazy until it works its way to the corner then dig it out.
Crying helps too.
If this fails see the doctor.

go look into a mirror, and see maybe it's your eyelash and take it out somehow i always do that
