Does anyone know if pull-behinds are allowed at the new Soldier Field? We have tickets to the New Year's Eve game and want to bring a pull-behind camper for the pregame tailgating.

I could check the Soldier Field web site, but I'm addicted to Yahoo Answers and can't drag myself away ;)

I know it's been there forever, but I think some of the rules may have changed since 911 and since the renovation.

Oh baby...I believe so, but you never know...

Knowing today's politics, they might be a weapon, just like water balloons are (* rolls eyes)

Hope this helps. Got it from their website.

Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in all surface lots. Tailgating is not permitted in the lower level of the Waldron Deck or the North Garage. Tents, canopies, open fires and deep-fryers are also prohibited.

DUE TO SECURITY SCREENINGS AT ALL GATES, WE SUGGEST YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOTS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO KICKOFF TO GET TO YOUR SEATS IN TIME FOR ALL THE ACTION.

Alcohol will not be permitted outside of the parking lots. Alcohol on Chicago Park District property is prohibited and violators will be subject to citations and fines.

The Bears will again conduct our “Bears Backyard Tailgate" this Sunday beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the South Lawn of Soldier Field. Click here for more information.
