Well firstly look at what you're eating day to day. Do you see alot of deep-fried, or sugary foods? If that's a yes, then stop eating them. Everyonce in a while it's OK to have a treat, but everyday is unecessary. Secondly, make sure that you really ARE hungry if you go back for seconds. Give your food a while to digest, and if you're still hungry after 20 minutes or so, then have something light to satisfy your hunger. And thirdly, excercise. You can run, go to the mall and walk around for an hour, play sports, or go hiking. Do something fun, excercise shouldn't and doesn't have to be a chore.
And if overeating ISN'T the problem, then make sure you are eating enough. Your metabolism drops if you don't eat enough food, so that could be why you can't lose weight as well.

i don't need to get skinny I'm perfectly fine with my body
if U want to get skinny try playing some sports and running and cut out the junk food

you cant hate hearing this"eat right and exercise." if you do then you are not really wating to be skinny.
walk 30 minuted in the moring and 45 minuted in the night. eat a fruit or a veggie for dinner.
water is VERY important.
green apple is very good also.
for meat eat chicken.
not pork or beef.
do not eat hot doges
or fried food.
after you lost weight its okay too eat few fattening foods ( 2 or 3)
every week.
its okay too eat.

exercise at least 3 times a week. More times if you want to be skinny faster. cut down on carbohidrates eg, potatoes, rice, noodles, bread. cut off sugar eg:- coke, diet coke, Cut off oil, trans fat eg: junk food. Eat more protien, not necessarily meat can be soy protien.

definitely don't skip meals, because you will end up eating junk food later, or feel sick without the food in your stomach. just eat healthy, like salads with fat free dressings and grilled chicken. stay away from fried foods, and find the right exercise program for you

u have to excercise and not go on a diet but a lifestyle change in eating cuz ppl who go on diets usually fail so i would suggest just changing how u eat forever like go to whole grain bread drank water stop dranking soda and switch to organic foods
