It's True. Those are people from another demetion. That's my theory on it anyways. but it IS TRUE. I've seen a ghost, most all of my brothers and sisters have seen ghosts,my mom and finally my dad has saw a ghost.(my deceased sister). No one will ever admit that these things are true and do happen! Your special,That's why you get to see them. You can see the things that are further than your nose ,if you know what I mean. Consider yourself lucky, gifted, and privileged to be trusted to see stuff like that. So now you know the answer to the big question, "Are THERE REALLY?"

Are you asking if you had a vivid dream or a half-waking hallucination?
If the towel and bedspread were unchanged when you fully awoke, then I'd have to say you are merely having a recurring dream.
Do you have a cat? Sometimes they will walk around on the bed while you sleep, and the recurring "sensation event" may be triggering your brain to make up a story to explain the motion.
If there was a ghost or some sort of supernatural presence in the room with you for real, I'd expect they'd be interested in more than straightening your bedclothes.

Okay, You Have Allot Of Stories. People believe what they want, and some people are just blind to it. My story is:: When I was home alone the other night I was just watching t.v, when I heard some falling or rustling noise. I didn't really mind it, so I left it alone, 20 minutes later I heard the same noise. I thought about it, and went to see whats going on. I went out, and saw nothing changed, but the whole time I was walking around the house, I felt watched. So I went into the spare room, The source of this energy, and I saw a fleeting movement of wispy limbs before I got in. Im convinced that this was a spirit who was getting a bit restless

Insofar as I can see, the very fact that you"re counting means, yes, you have had these sensations. So, yes, this is true to you, you being the most important person to be true to. As to whether this is the subconscious and the conscious overlapping their bounds during your minds transition between sleep and waking or, a preternatural perception the mind only glimpses through the tapestry of conditioning and experience that the world has thrust upon us all, only you're able to determine. Your choice of determination may or may not empower you, it all depends on why and how you undertake any rationalisations. So long, and thanks for all the points.

The interesting thing about the mind is that it processes what we remember the same way as what we experience first-hand. It stands to reason that it would process things that we imagine vividly, the same way. So, to your mind, the experience is real, and you need to do some investigation afterward to discern if it really happened. It's the same thing with people who have hallucinations. Because it's very real to them, one needs to do some reality testing to insure whether it is or it isn't.
So, on one sense, it may be "real", but in the physical sense, it is not.

Funny how the mind plays tricks on us isn't it?...I've had waking experiences I still to this day try to piece together to find out if they were real or not...one day I realized you can't touch an illusion...and an illusion will leave no trace...still...very vivid...

I am unsure of what you are asking. Are you asking if what happened to you was real or a dream? If it was a dream, well, you were dreaming. If it was real, that is freaky.
