1. It means that you have not communicated to him your true feelings. Tell him you don't want that many hugs
2. It means that he wants sex... that's what boys mostly think about and will do all sorts of things until they get it... slap him once of twice
3. It means he came from a huggy family and doesn't know any different

Your friends boyfriend is trying to score with you !!! He has come to know you by hanging out with you and your friend [girlfriend] and likes you. Now; if you value your friendship with your friend - treat her boyfriend like poison ivy and make yourself scarce when he comes around with your friend ! No new friend is of silver but old are like gold - honour your friend and not her boyfriend.
