Easy, because they’re jealous! But you know, I used to really think she was really beautiful when she was younger and on Dawson’s Creek. She’s actually changed a lot since being with Tom Cruise. Her new image is too grown up for me. She’s dressing like she should be 10 years older or something. I’m about a year younger than her and I would never consider wearing some of the clothes she currently does, at least not at my current age. She’s trying too hard to grow up fast, probably because Tom is like 17 years older than her. Not only did she used to be beautiful, but her sense of style used to nice too, but not anymore. So maybe that’s what people mean when they say she’s “ugly”: she’s transformed into an older woman that doesn’t look her correct age.

I personally don't think Katie Holmes is that attractive. She's really skinny and it's not like she has amazing lips or other over the top attributes. She seems nice but if i saw her on the street i wouldn't turn my head.

Because different people have different opinions. I think she's ok, but that crooked smile annoys the crap out of me and therefore I don't want to look at her.
