When I try saying that i never want to listen to something in the rock genre,i click the "never listen to again"sign and it says saving, but then it keeps on blinking without doing anything else.suggestions?

I have seen that before. Your ratings aren't being saved when it does what you describe.
It might indicate a temporary problem at Yahoo, in which case it should have cleared up on its own by now.
If you are still having the problem, try deleting your temporary internet files and your Yahoo Music & Launchcast cookies (or deleting all cookies, which is easier since IE gives you a button for that). You might also try updating your Adobe Flash Player which Launchcast uses to display the rating widgets. I've put the link for that below.
