To convert 50 ml of anything you will need the molecular weight of the substance (solution) and also the density of the solution.
For example:
Water = MW 18 gram/Mole
Density = 1 gram/ml
50 ml water * 1 gram/ml = 50 gram water
50 gram water / [ 18 gram/Mole ] = 2.78 Mole

you need to know 50 ml of what, convert it to grams, than multiply by (1moles/however many grams are in the element - not the 50 ml, but for example 1.01 g of H)
