Figure out who could know your locker combination e.g. friends, nosy people, people near your locker, etc. Then narrow it down by figuring out who doesn't have ipod and cell phone. Then figure out which person is most likely to have stolen it based on like trustworthyness, truthfullness, and other qualities like that. Then ask the most likely person if they did it.

PS. If you still can't find your cell phone after that, get your mom or dad to cancel the service on that cell phone so you won't be charged for the minutes the person who stole your cell phone uses.

Well you could borrow a friends phone and try constantly caling your phone it it's bound to ring sometime. For the ipod... well I don't think you can get that back. Oh! If you can find the person who took your phone then they probably have your iPod to. Also look around at school to see if you can reconize your iPod. If you didn't buy any case or do anything to it that makes it stand out then if you know what model it was and the color and 10 of the songs that were on it (if you have good memory then you can do more or you can write down an entire playlist although you have to hope that the person didn't alter your lists in anyway) then you can ask the person who has the iPod in question if you can listen to their iPod and try to reconize some of the songs that would be on yours and if find more that 4 in a row that you can name that would be perefectly in order then it's probably yours and you should ask them if you can see their phone because (like stated eailer) if they have your iPod then they have your phone.

Some of those devices actually have tracking devices. However, your best bet is to call the police and file a report and notify your cell phone carrier as I am sure whoever stole your phone was dumb enough to make some calls.
