"Absinthe" seems strangely appropo ... as drunk by all the starving Bohemian french authors and artists during the late 1800s. (Not that I'd dream of drinking it myself ... I'd prefer hot chocolate!)

If you have a Macoroni Grill in your area, go there and have the "Ultimate Leaning Peach Bellini"
It is fanatastic. You taste Peach, and Raspberry and very little of the alcohol.
