"Mustbcrazy" is correct, it is 11/32, and YES there are wrenches made to such sizes. I have a set in my garage.

11/32" and more sizes, like 21/64", 23/64". Or a crescent wrench. Or vice grips. There's more than one way to skin a cat. Or loosen a bolt.

11/32 is a common size in a ignition wrench set..but even though I have several, I can't remember ever using one.

Nothing is between them but I would suggest if neither one fits then you may want to try to use a 3 or 4 MM wrench

11/32", or 8mm or 9mm.
The 8 mm is just barely (0.002") larger than 5/16"
