Since you asked about this twice...

In the Celebrity Paranormal Project they call the location "Hawthorne Mill." If you've been searching this name it's very likely you won't find any information on it. Reason being they did not use the real location's name on the show. The real name is "Ayers Island Mill," located at Ayers Island. I haven't found much information on it at all and no information about any deaths or paranormal activity taking place there, so now I kind of find it hard to believe the place is really haunted (it was just an abandoned place set up for TV.)

"BACKGROUND

During the last half of the twentieth century, the number of traditional heavy industry manufacturing jobs in Maine has steadily declined. The Town of Orono experienced this loss with the closing of the Striar Textile Mill on Ayers Island in 1996. The closing of this mill led to the loss of 300 jobs. Significant environmental remediation is needed to bring Ayers Island, which is uninhabited, back to productive use. Redevelopment of this 62-acre island will create needed jobs and serve as a critical catalyst in advancing the economy of the town. Orono's most distressed neighborhood is near Ayers Island and contains the homes of many of the Striar Textile Mill's former employees."

Hope this helps!

She's right it's the Ayers Island Mill. I looked up a bunch of info on it, and viewed pictures, it is the correct one. It's down by the water in Orono. It was bought by a private invester in 2004, with the premise of being a center for arts and culture. Since then, they really haven't done anything of the sort. They worked with UMO for a while for education, and now they're working with the department of homeland security testing big brother type monitoring systems. Here's a the url for the official Ayers Island site: www.ayersisland.com. And here's an artical talking about the security project: http://www.wired.com/news/privacy/0,1848...
