yes actually they do , but the lighter the candle the more potent the scent. darker candles don't have as strong a scent as lighter ones. i don't know why , but they do.

White candles usually do burn swifter simply by fact the dye in coloured candles coats the wick and makes them burn slower. White candles are only organic wax which burns greater extremely.
