How come when I enter a contest from J-14 magazine, they say it's undeliverable?

Question

ok..so the new J-14 magazine has win its and there's an email address that says how to enter. so today, I emailed them with whatever i want on the subject but it says undeliverable. why can't i email them?

maybe j14 cancelled the contest or they already have enough entries
