We have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. This month I am 5 days late for my period. I have sore breasts, dry skin, and beginning to get nausiated. Sooooo, I took two pregnancy tests and they both came out possitive, I think. The control line was dark red and the possitve line was a light pink on both of the tests. Is it normal to get a possitive line that is light???? So, should I take it to heart and start telling my family or should I just look at it as two mess up tests????

Well I took a pregnancy test when I was 1 day late and the 2nd line was very light...just barely pink...I went into the Dr.'s the same day and took a test there and it was POSITIVE! I now have a beautiful 13 month little boy! I would suggest to you to go to the Dr. and find out for sure....but I believe that you are pregant. Congratulations if so.....

If two lines showed up, no matter the color, you are more than likely pregnant, but not very! Meaning You are early in your pregnancy and the pregnancy hormone is not strong enough to come through completely, but the test is still picking it up on a smaller level, resulting in the light pink line. Be weary about telling folks just yet. Go to your OB/GYN and have them do a blood or urine test to make sure. It is better than telling your family only to find out you're not pregnant and have them wondering why you're craving attention!

TAKE A TEST AND HAVE BLOOD WORK DONE AT YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE.
And, take another OTC drug store test. The results should be readable. It's either you're pregnant, or you're not.
There's nothing we can do but guess.. and guesses aren't very accurate.

Since you are only 5 days late for your period, it is possible to get false positive results. To be sure, go to the doctor and they can tell you for sure. Good luck and hopefully congrats!

If you dont trust your tests just see a doctor and wait. You'll know eventually! I know i wasnt much help, but good luck to you, i hope things turn out alright!

Never been pregnant so I don't really know but if you go to a clinic or hospital they can tell you for sure. If you are congrats ^_^

You most likey are pregnant, but wait until your doctor confirms it before you spread the good news.

yes it is normal for it to be light that means your very early pregnant congtaulations!!! we have been trying since march
