This is not a reasonable question. There are 2000 colleges in the USA. One of them is "best" for you, but only you can decide. You need to go to the library or your school guidance office and read through some ofthe great books about how to choose a college, and what colleges have the programs you might be interested in.
You are going to spend four of the best years of your life in college and invest a PILE of money. It will be worth it if you choose the school wisely. But if you horse around with your decision and ask people on Yahoo, wel, you are going to be an unhappy camper.
D.C> has some very good schools, in particular, American University, George Washington University, Georgetown University, and Howard University (historically black). Check out their website to learn more.

washington bible college is in dc.
collegeboard.com would be more helpful for that, they can give a complete listing of colleges by major, area, ect.
