The cheapest way is to have at least 20% of the down payment saved up before purchasing your house. Not only will you have a smaller monthly mortgage but you will avoid paying Private Mortgage Insurance every month.

The best way of looking for a house is to find an area that you want to live and do some research of the area via the county's auditor website for recent sales and by searching listings via realtor.com or other realty firm's website.

Also by subscribing to a legal newspaper you can get the heads up on who is getting a divorce, who died, and who's home is in foreclosure, or filed for bankruptcy. These circumstances often lead to substantial savings if the owner is willing for liquidity.

Good Luck.

interested in conservation, due to the requirements of top

So many areas are upgrading it is advisable to buy the land
build and design cutting costs as much as you need. Then
consider that larger is more efficient say 2000-3000 square
feet is more usable, and more resaleable. A good job making
the plan, and you can get done with finished house at 40,000.00
Area production teams in largest safest products have the

make a list of cities you're interested in, go to salary.com that will tell you how much money you will be making in that city and what you can afford. narrow it down more, then google that list of cities. Most cities have web pages that will tell you about art, culture, crime and things to do. also go to findyourspot.com. it will give you a compatability quiz then generate a list of cities all over the US. GOOD LUCK!
