Maintaining proper posture may seem challenging at first, but the more you practice, the easier it will become.
Do back and abdominal exercises on a regular basis. These exercises will strengthen the muscles that help maintain proper posture.
There is not a quick cure- it will take to impove and will not be perfect.

It depends how old you are. Surgery can be an option. Drink milk to help strengthen bones. Also you may need a bone scan to help to determine if you have some osteoarthritis or osteoporosis or something on the lines of that. With surgery you may need a rod to help straighten your back. Go to a spinal specialist.
