Put down that you left that job becuase of personal illness, the matter has been resolved.

I'm sorry for your loss.

Be honest! I wouldn't go into the whole miscarriage story right away, but if pressed I'd simply tell the truth. I was having a miscarriage - I needed extra time off - my supervisor didn't understand - for my own personal health I decided to leave my employment. If you're honest with people they'll understand. If it appears you're trying to hide something they won't. If someone appears to be trying to "dance around" an answer to a question I ask in an interview they really don't get much of a chance - no matter what their qualifications.

I would put down personal Medical Reasons and leave it at that. A woman will understand and any man that would dare pry would not be a good person to work for anyway. Your previous employer can't say why and you shouldn't have to either. If you think it will be a problem the I would suggest Lying. But if it's a place that you really want to work at then be honest but just say it's a personal thing. I don't think it'll be a problem

Tell the truth. You had a disagreement with your manager over some sick leave. If a new employer presses (and they shouldn't be prying into your medical history), explain that you needed additional time off due to medical complications and your management didn't see if that way. No need to go into details, they don't need to know.

I think you should ask you current employer if she will explain to your new employer that you had a work related stress induced miscarriage

don't list that job in your CV, instead, come up with a good explaination to account for the gap in your work history.
