about 1 week ago i was going to charge my ipod nano and it was on lock. So I had then took it off of lock and my ipod froze and now i cant turn it off... also i had tried to put it on hold and take it off and try and reastart it but it wont. what do i do

You need to reset it. Hold the middle button and menu button down for a few seconds. This will NOT affect your songs. Good luck!!

Push the "hold button" back and forth a bunch of times and then push the buttons a few times. this happend to me before too, and that's what they said to do on iTunes.

Wait until the battery runs out and then try to charge it again. If it doesn't work you probably need to take it and have the genius bar at the apple store look at it. I have the 60 gig and this happened to me and they ended up replacing it for me.
