Do you mean the letters, the pronunciation or both? Asking because the letters are easy. There are four more than the english Alphabet. The pronunciation is harder, plus I don't think you can say you have it memorized unless you know both and I do.

Unlike Japanese or Arabic, Spanish has exactly the same characters as English. The only differences have to do with certain specialized punctuation.
