Bauer is a TV show, man, it's not real. Whereas James Bond is based on a true story, I heard it some time ago, but they made it into a film so that people would think it was an urban myth and people would not get frightened by some global criminal organisation so that governments could not use it as a form of social control.

Daniel Craig as Bond would kick Bauer's bottom, if you aint seen the film..... do it!! Hard as nails, not like the old Bond's.
P.s. Connery would give Bauer a beating too.

Bauer is ruthless so although I'm not such a fan of his then he'd probably win. Pierce Brosnan (sorry, I mean Bond) would act more gentleman-like so is disadvantaged! Still love him tho.
