Or announce yourself via Monster.com specifying your country and saying you want to work in USA.

Stay home. If you don't like Thailand, then improve it. You could start by over-throwing your king and embracing democracy, then maybe free-market capitalism. Why does everyone want to come the United States if everyone seems to hate us? ... or do they all want to come here because they hate us?
