In a way you dont feel 'good enough' to fit in so you feel different from everyone else and worry . Or maybe you feel like you might not be acceptable as a person. The samaritan lady is right if you didnt worry you'd know who you are and you'd be cormfortable with who you are. Prob just a self esteem issue you have with yourself

You are thinking normally, just like everybody else. But you must learn to control your concern for what others think about you. Dont let it rule your actions! Be brave, take a deep breath and get out there and enjoy life. It really does not matter what people think. Providing you are not doing anything to seriously offend or hurt someone, you are ok. You will never be able to please everyone all of the time; and not everyone will like you. I am sure that some people have not pleased you; and if you are honest, I bet you do not like every single person you have met. Does it really matter what people think of you? Can you read people's minds and know what they are thinking? Do not suppose what people may think, because you could be wrong anyway. The majority of people will not dwell on what you have done, so do not make it an issue.
Relax, and concentrate on enjoying your life instead of worrying about what people think! The second you start to have these worrying thoughts, train yourself to block it out and just be who you want to be. It will make a big difference to you, you'll see!
A good quote to think about is: 'The people that matter dont mind, and the people that mind dont matter!!!!!! I wish you all the best!!!!

We all can do this to a greater or lesser extent. There are those who come from a secure platform and have a good established network....they worry less as theirself esteem is good. Those who have maybe had knock backs or feel less secure within themselves worry more about it. Thing is at the end of the day any one person is not going to click....get on with....every other person. Best approach is just to believe people can take you as they find you and if they don't like or warm or agree....why should it matter. Be you....the rest will follow as in respect etc.

At one time or another, most everyone goes through this cycle! It is natural and normal! We all question our abilities, our short-comings, our wisdom and our lack of it!
Know that you are not alone in this! You can seek help and guidence from friends and family or through a church or others!
Everyone deals with this by different means. Some change and grow, others don't and live with it!
The choice is yours. There are others out here willing to guide you. Still, there are others who want to stomp on you.
Choose wisely!

No your not weak or inadequate!!!!
We all want to be accepted and liked.....it's human nature....it's when YOU think that you're not liked that it becomes a problem!!
If you're feeling vulnerable, then you're likely to pick up on people who YOU feel are negative towards you!
I feel like this quite regularly and my friends help me to realise that I have friends that genuinely like me for me....and I don't have to be someone else just to please other people (who really don't matter)!
If you are a good person, then you have no need to worry what other peeps think of you as.....you have friends, family who matter!!!!! People who don't know you and judge you, really don't deserve to know you!!!¦-]
Be happy hun.....try not to worry what other peeps think!!!!!
Be good to people n they'll be good to you (in an ideal world)hehe
Don't change for no-body;o} X

More to the point, why do you think that everyone else doesn't also worry about what people think about them? It's just a matter of degrees. Do you worry too much? Why? What's the payoff? (Apologies to Dr Phil! Lol)

your not on your own thinking that way! self esteem and confidence play a big role and they both have do be practiced, nothing you leanr over night some put a front on and act like they dont feel the same way as you and like me n you, we cant act and pretend... just accept who you are and enjoy what you do and try not to worry about what or how others perceive you... if they dont like you then its tough who gives a to55;) thats the attitude you need to adhere to ;)

dont worry what other people think which is easier said than done, but churchill once said "You can please some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time and thats true. Its easy to get worried about what people will think and stew on it but try to divert your attentions to others things - like what you think

I think that it is, unfortunately, a very human trait. I definitely worry what other people think a lot of the time. I just try to not let it completely control my life.

i think everyone worries about what others think of them (i know i do) but thats natural and you should actually in my opinion be more worried if you stop caring. the thing is you have to be confident in yourself and what your doing as long as you believe in it as right, funny etc. whatever. worrying about what others think doesnt mean they control you the only person who controls you is you and you cant lose sight on that
