Cheers and thanks everyone' I really forgot cause I have other family matters to think about. It's actually a nice feeling not to get to bothered about things like birthdays. I think we get to an age when other people matter more than ourselves, and that is not a bad place to be. Love Susan

Happy Birthday to you! I hope someone else remembers your birthday, and it's just you that forgot!

I think as you get older you get less excited about your birthday. I was uttlerly dumbfounded when I hit 30 and couldn't believe that my 20's were gone. I'm 32 in a few months and can't really say I look forward to celebrating.

In saying that, I LOVE other people's birthdays and making a huge fuss of them on their special day....just not mine, I think they make me a bit sad, New Year's Eve makes me a bit sad too, for some reason.

Happy Birthday!
I'm too young to fully answer ur question, but think it's worth pointing out that in some cultures they don't even celebrate birthdays! Up to the individual if you feel (or don't) that you want to make a big deal out of your birthday. Friends & family play an important role!!

twice I forgot about mine for a month. I was at war but just the same one would think any cause for celebration under those conditions would be remembered. What I think is that birthdays just are not a source of good thoughts and so easily forgotten. Early we get presents to cover the thought we are one year closer to death. Now that I am a Christian I really do celebrate my birthday because it means one less year b4 I get to go home.

Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday Dear Susan,
Happy Birthday to you!!!!!!
I don't know about the age thing, I'm 26 and it isn't a big deal to me. I think it's just the type of personality.

Happy birthday, I hope you have a good one.

Tis true, birthdays aint all that as you get older, the anticipation goes. Christmas don't hold much magic either.

age is like making love with a partner you have known a long time, it is comfortable, yet uneventfull at times.

I can't wait till I am old enough to get away with doing really daft things and being considered senile.

Happy Birthday!!!

Birthdays are a big deal; had you not had one, no one would have had the opportunity to know you or love you and realize your skills, laughter or smile.

We all make some impression on the lives of others, so each year blessed with another opportunity to try -search your own heart and think of the things you have accomplished or wish to ..... you only have one chance ......
"Enjoy the journey!"

God bless you!!

Happy Birthday! Take the opportunity to be pampered or pamper yourself! Doesn't matter how old you are- it really is just a number! You deserve to celebrate the miracle of your entering the world! Be happy that you're still here because you never know what tomorrow will bring!
