I would like to promoting do you know any sites that have a large number of populations and free promoting of course ?

There are many to sign up with, such as traffic exchange, free site submissions, etc. Here are some below you can try for starters. GuaranteedTraffic.com is a free service, but they help find the best places online for you to advertise your site, which may include some paid advertising. I just found this one tonight.
Another option may be to try opt-in emailing. Find a site that allows you to access an email list (some may be free) of people who have opted in to receive email advertisements. Join different forums that discuss website promotion, etc. Whatever you do, DO NOT SPAM. That can get your site blacklisted and even banned from search engines. You could also try blogging and free online classified ads.

the only problem with free advertising/promotion is that you don't necessarily get as much traffic or sales that you would anticipate. But it's worth trying, because at least you can increase your link popularity and pank rank a little.

Free classifieds are an excellent way to drive traffic to your site and it's just plain mathematics.

1,000's of free classified ad sites
1 ad in each of the classifieds
1 visitor a day
= 1,000 visitors a day

Now, this is hypothetical and can happen, but you need to place your ad.
