Generally people think of turkey for sandwich meat or Thanksgiving dinner.

However people are trying to change that image and use turkey for other meals and remake other foods healthier by using turkey in place of fatty meats.

It sounds like a phrase like: think fast"...in this case think turkey could be a phrase referring to thanksgiving...a simple minded phrase if you ask me...
