I just got out of a relationship and now I am looking at spending the holidays solo..... Any ideas on how I can still make the most of the celebrations and time even though I don't have someone special to share it with?
I am 24...

Why not spend it with friends and family? You don't even have to do something traditional like having a dinner or opening presents. Throw a really fun party and just have a blast and don't even think about the guy.

My church does a little game night, which starts at 6:00, and ends at "Midnight, EST." which is nine. It's a lot of fun, we sit around and play old board games for a few hours, eating snacks, and then we throw streamers and blow trumpets while the ball drops... after which, I go home, and bemoan my singleness for three hours...

I'm sure lots of churches and places like that do something similar.

I don't look at the things I don't have, only the things I do. Why worry about things you can not do anything about?
