It's a video ipod....a few weeks ago, I tried to charge it when I was dead and it said go to apple support online and I did that....i couldnt find anything to help. Well now I have tried charging it but it makes a very strange beeping sound when I try to use it...the clicker still makes a sound, but nothing shows up on the screen...theres no way to reset it right?

I have had this ipod for 11 months...can apple do anything, is there a warranty?

Get theee to the apple store before it's too late. As long as it's less than a year they'll fix it or hand you a new one.

Try reseting it! First switch the hold button from on to off to on. Then hold the play button and the middle button for 10 to 20 seconds. If this doesn't work, the sorry! I had the same problem and I just exchanged it for a new one at Wal-Mart (with a receipt of course). Hope this helps! Good luck and let me know!
