I was wondering about selling baseball cards. I have a huge collection of some nice cards and am wondering where is the best place to sell the cards. I know you can sell them on Ebay pretty easily but I'm sure there must be a way to sell them for more money then there. I was also wondering if it really increased their value if you hold on to them for a while, because if it goes up enough that may be worth it. Thanks for the help!

Me and my father collect baseball cards. I strongly believe that if you think you have anything of value you should keep them in your posession if you intend to gain a profit of them. Its a simple idea as the demand for something goes up (old baseball card) the price goes up. To answer your first question a good place to sell them would be at a card collecting exposition or a sports memoribilia store for more valuable selections.

Try an antique auction, or sell to a private collector, I still have mine, some back in 60's, 70's. don't know why I'm even keeping, I sold a few at auctions.

My advice is to keep them. Sell them when you're older or keep them....don't ever regret selling any card either.
It would take ALOT for me to give up an Ozzie Smith rookie card.
