OK, maybe it has -- what's your point?

"surveys" on drug use are notoriously inaccurate, since they rely on people, in effect, "telling on themselves" and being honest about drug usage. But even if it has gone down (how much?)...levels of drug use have fluctuated for thousands of years (yes, *thousands -- opium, alcohol, marijuana have all been around that long) -- are you trying to tell us that a decline over the past few years means something extraordinary? What?

I do marijuana and occasionally (alcohol maybe once every two-three months, and almost never a lot; marijuana constantly). I do weed because I'm bored often, I am lonely a lot, I have anxiety, it's fun, it makes sexual relations more exciting and pleasurable, and I find it romantic and inspirational (I draw while I smoke). I drink when I go to parties to get in the mood (sexual moods, party moods).

yes I would because back in the day people used to smoke at a very young age ..very young ppl still smoke today but it is very hard for them to get acces to drugs.
