When I was a teen I would wear blues, pinks, and grays. Now that I am older (still blonde and transparent) I use browns and golds. It brings out my eye color. I sell Mary Kay so I have plenty of examples that I try, but I tend to go with the browns. Try Mary Kay's hazelnut (or one similiar if budget is tight). If you go to my website you can do a virtual make-over. It's fun!

Anything except blue------try a rosepurplish color or a khaki green or even a brown-you want a color that serves as a background for the blue that brings the blue out more for in blue eyeshadow the blue in the eye blends in and thereby fades. Experiement with the different colors to see which pops out the blue-since you are fairskinned you want the colors that will stand out and not fade into the skin color- the greens and the browns-Earth Colors Try some of the cheaper eyeshadow sets (have 3-4 colors in the same color family) and then when you find the ones you like get better quality, that contain sunscreen and moisterizers

You're a blonde, so let your best attribute (that enviable hair color) stand alone. Yes yes green eyes are nice too and you might have a perfect body. But the first thing people see when they see a blonde is her hair!
Therefore, putting on dominant make-up will be a too dramatic look. Stick with light eyeshadow in shades of beige, usually one shade lighter than your eyelid color. Even if you smudge it, it will still look great ^^! Avoid any shade of blue eyeshadow at all costs.

I'm a big fan of MAC's All That Glitters, or Grain. Thenplay with colour in your liners and highlights (a great look for people with blue eyes is a brown liner because it makes the blue of the eyes pop, but if you're looking for something more 'fun' then I would go to your nearest MAC store and they will do your makeup for you, and they have hundreds of amazing colours. They will help you get the look you want and show you how to do it yourself!)

Probably some cool colors to bring out your eyes. Pinks, purples, light greens and blues. You should probably use brown eyeliner instead of black for a more subtle look to bring out your eye color and try nudes for the arches of your eye brow and as highlighters.

A lot of cosmetic lines have great eyeshadows for compimenting various eye colors. I think browns are good for blue eyes.

Stay away from blues if you have blue eyes.....They are the hardest if you don't know which shades to choose.

pinks, purples, and some beiges are probably your best bet!

I say try all kinds of different colors and go with ones YOU like. Have fun!

It all really depends on your outfit. One thing is certain... NEVER WEAR THE SAME COLOR AS YOUR EYES! It is what you would call color overkill. I think you would look good with a pale purple, a light brown, or a charcoal gray (for the smoky eye effect).

i would say any thing that is med to a light color unless you want more info then...

blue-med ,green -med ,red-bright.
but if you need something that goes with anything and i mean ANYTHING!! i would go with dark brown at the bottom(close to you eyelashes)then a med brown alittle higher up but not to high then for the finish light brown at the top and your good to go!
i hpe you can understand that?

try a neutral color that's a few shades darker than your skintone. highlight your browbone and inner eye with white because it opens up your eyes. if you're going for something a little funkier, use green eyeshadow because it enhances blue eyes. :)
