I may only be 23, but I think women should be proud of their age. My mom is 46, she has travelled the world, experienced a lot, overcome cancer three times, and has acheived so much. She is proud to acknowledge her age. I think with age comes wisdom, and regardless of how "old" people are, they should be respected for their experiences and intellect rather than the number of years they have been on the planet. I enjoy talking to people who are older then me as they tend to have more insight, and usually have more solid advice. Most people my age fear getting older. They tend to think that older generations cannot offer them anything. I do not agree. I was raised to respect my elders, I think that concept is overlooked these days.

Well, I'm 38. And proud of every year I've been on this earth, and looking forward to 60+ more!
You are only as old as you feel -- and some days I feel 90! But really, I have four young children, I live on a farm, and I play hard (active). I'll still climb a tree, wade through a muddy ditch, and just today I was on my back scooting under my minivan to find that darned extra key we had stuck under there! I'll be gray, wearing bifocals and have false teeth and still be mucking stalls, I suppose.
I don't mind people asking, but I'm beginning to feel I'm in the wrong mix... most of the women my age where I live have teenage children, some even have grandkids! My oldest child is 6yo.
Great question!

of course you are open to disclosing your age. You are still very young. You look nice too. I wish I was still young like you. I don't count how old I am. rather I look at how many days I still have left to live. If I live to 82 that is about as old as I want to get. which means I have at the most is 10,000 days left to live. so tomorrow morning I'll only have 9,999 days left, by next week my life will be reduced to 9,993. so I better make good use of each day.

I am 43 and I am told I look great for my age, I do believe that age is just a number, it's how you feel inside that counts, and if you keep up with todays trends.

I personally find it very rude when people ask me my age. I don't know why so many people ask me and why they want to know.
Usually I ask them to guess... and they always guess below my real age. Whatever age they say, i just nod my head. I've changed jobs 3 times ... so Ive been 24 years old 3 times.

Wish I knew then what I know now- however, age is just a number and would not change a thing.
