i use body wash in the shower but i use to much
and is there something that doesn't require a lot of clean up

Aloe works good and is good for your skin and helps heal if you "rub" a little hard. And doesn't stain or make to much mess.

The best is to go O Natural- no lubes or cheating methods, just your manos and some tissue. Quite satisfying!

go get a lubricant. don't use shampoo or soap because it will eat away the skin on your penis... and you will get dried out... you can always resort to lotion... but id go get some lube like KY jelly.. go for the most expensive one the stuff i got makes your skin soft and silky and sticky its made from a German company called er ozone but i think its only at sex shops

just like "warm apple pie" ..............comes to mind, but any good water based lube or alo. also good 'ole standby of Vaseline works well too. ;]
