it is very vital because if you need to look at a organism specially in biology you would be able to see it and study it

Look at small things (duh)!
Important in cell biology where cells are only around 50 microns in length. you can't see those things with your naked eye or even a magnifying glass. Important for the study of bacteria, animal and plant tissue organization, localization of various proteins within the cell, and the diagnosis of various diseases, looking at blood, etc. The microscope is also used to examine small animals, like insects, to classify them.
