Is there a plug in i can use to adjust the speed of songs, before I burn it to a cd?

I am trying to slow(screw) music,I have windows media player,in wich I can slow the song down on speed settings but it will not burn in the same speed setting.If there isn't a free download is there a site that i can purchase.Thanks for your help.
