I dont think its very likely at all. We r already destroying our own planet with polution and waste now, that will will probably end up moving to a new planet if not die off! Maybe our new planet will rule other planets! Would be awesome huh?

Our planet Earth doesn't "Rule" anything and never will.
As for the people of this planet, how could we rule other worlds when we can't fix the problems of our own world?
So the answer is NO.

i hate to disallussion you, but the way man mistreats the earth shes already acting on it...but who knows, i saw something last nite that they are acting on how to make mars habitiable, they are saying that they are going to make a greenhouse effect on mars and then start with moss and other simple life forms, so who knows in the next hundered years, what will transpire, gene rodenberry of star trek visioned us in the space...think of it that way.. i predicted 3 years ago that in 2009, man would almost destroy himself...but there will be some intervention ..who knows maybe like the movie...first contact...(star trek) maybe this would be our new beginings in space
