Well, I'd have to say that it means that you are heading in the right direction "on the road of life." A Ferrari is an expensive, exclusive car. Perhaps your subconscious is telling you that you are ready to make a dramatic move ahead in your life, and that you are tired of being stuck in a rut. The raffle portion could indicate you are rather surprised about something or somebody.
