Help with ImageMagick?

I recently tried to upload my web community site but as I was running the installation script it said I needed to install ImageMagick. I'm very new to this so could someone please tell me how I can install ImageMagick so it will work on my website? I went to the official site for ImageMagick but I didn't understand it :(

YOu need to find out if this is available on your webhost. Required if your site will allow persons to have avatars that are gifs or animated gifs, or any type of image that will require your server to make thumbnails.

You need to contact your webhost to see if ImageMagick is installed, and to make sure to let you know what version has been installed.
