Holly Gribbs. That episode was just on a few days back on Spike. CSI Vegas is the best!

She was a rookie and her mom was also in law enforcement. I can't remember her name but she was only in the pilot episode Warick was suppose to be shadowing her but had to make a bet for a judge and left her at a crime scene alone the guy came back with a gun and well it was over. Warick thought she would have been safe because the cops where still there but they left early this is how the brought Sarah in from San Fransisco to do the internal investigation and Why Brass loss Grissoms job and Grissom got it.

holly shes an intern and Warwick leaves her alone at a crime scene and the killer comes back, shoots her, and she dies on the operating table!!! TA DA!!!!
