1 km = 100,000 cm
2500 km = 2,500,000 cm
I'm not sure if your scale is supposed to be 1:10,000,000 or 1:100,000,000, but the answer is either .25 cm (2,500,000/10,000,00) or .025 cm (2,500,000/100,000,000) depending.

You need to figure out what the centi and kilo prefixes mean...

100 cm/m

1000 m/km

if your scale say 1: 10^7 (is that right?)

Then 2500 km/10^7 = 2500 (10^3) m/10^7 =
2500/10^4 m = 0.25 m = 25 cm

(there are 25.4 cm/in) so your looking at about and inch representing 2500 km.
