Excellent PHP host?

Question

I need FREE php hosting that at least has:

ImageMagick support
cron jobs
MySQL
FTP access

I've searched all the hosting databases and tried every free hosting site (so it seems) but there is always something missing...they never seem to have all of the features named above!

because a lot of what you want are only available to paid sites (especially if you want to do cron jobs)
