Me and my wife are having a divorce. The problem is, she is pregnant with my son. She hates me very much, and is spiteful and will do anything to hurt me. She knows I want a masculine son who I can play football and such with. She is trying to prevent this. She told me, and she is not bluffing (she does not think right), that when my son is born she will name him ***** McGayhomo, in an attempt to make him less manly! I need a legal way to stop her, please help me. Don't think this is her hormones or she is just threatening, I assure you, she will do it if I can't stop her.

It really is crazy! But i hate to tell you that it is just her hormones because do you really think that she would be so cruel to her child it may be your son and she may hate you heaps but the lady cant be that cruel because in the end she also has to live with the fact that she named your son. But if your still not satisfied with my answer you cant really do much until your baby is born you could go for custody rights of your child but there still has to be a better reason for you to do this not for just the naming of the son you also need to be financially stable and live in a house of your own to get custody rights. So i hoped this helped you in a little way of understanding your ex wife.

I'm sure you could probably hire an attorney and start fighting her now. It will be a pain and will cost a lot of money, but if you really think that she will do this then maybe you should contact an attorney and see what your rights are. Good Luck to you. I hate mothers like this that do cruel things just to spite the dad.

has she been violent to you within the last 24 hours? thrown a cold beer at you....something like that? if she has been violent within the last 24 hours and you (1) called the police who reported the incident, or (2) you have an eyewitnees who can swear to the violent behavior, then go to your county probate court and take out a 'warrant to apprehend'. after the judge issues the warrant your spouse will be picked up and transported to a proper mental facility for evaluation. the mental facility can only keep her for a maximum of five days if she doesn't want to stay, but she may see the light while she is there and decide to seek treatment for her problems.
of course, is it possible that you may be driving some of her erratic behavior? be honest............with your self.

Find out the Law in the state you live in. Verify exactly what rights you have. Consult a Lawyer.
Document everything. Dates, Times, copies of e-mails.
If you come across anything that leads you to believe she will harm your child, report it.
Names can be changed.
If she's this far over the top, get custody of you child.

wait the child is born. While waiting, make yourself with a stable income and good financial. Get a new wife and form a family.
Plan to take blood test after birth of the child and if it's yours,
submit to court to take care of your new born child as custody.
*your new wed wife must agreed on this. if not, you bring a disaster to the baby.*

yeah I think she is just bluffing. If not you can take her to court after she legally gives that name to the son and change it. Also if she is that cruel you will likely get custidy of the child. Maybe you can taperecord a conversation for court evidence.

You can't name a child that. You sound kind of childish yourself.....i dont know how to answer this....but you have a right to be there when the child is born ect. ect.

get an advice from a psychiatrist/psychologist....pregnant moms are hot-blooded but not that threatening.or it's better that you get out from her sight so that she won't be enraged....maybe she hates you to be separated from her and wants you back instead...you have to figure out what she really likes.
