Not die, their appointment is for life. Unless they act extremely bizarre or write some crazy stuff repeatedly they can only be removed from office by a congressional impeachment and that takes a 2/3 majority I think not just a simple majority. You witnessed how divided the country is, can you imagine what it would take to get 66 senators and 2/3 of the house to agree on anything short of child molestation witnessed by everyone or murder on tape or conversion to Islam and a sworn allegiance to Kim Jung IL. Basically were stuck with them. I don't like Ginsberg but she makes the court balanced so I live with it. life goes on
