Are you hosting the party? Most people feel children don't belong at any events like that, whether alcohol is served or not. I've only ever attended one company Christmas party where children were not invited. Spouses should be invited though.

Spouses/partners may be welcome, but you should check first. Children shouldn't be invited unless the company is organizing the party specifically for the children of its employees.

yes, if it was a truely Christian Christmas Party and not some Heathen/Pegan one with Alcohol and Smokers and Elfs with Raindeer.
