I had kazaa a few years back and it gave my computer so many viruses that I had to replace my computer. The best one I have found is limewire. I have had no problems what so ever with it and I've had it for years.

Not really. The RIAA (recoding industry association of america) has been cracking down on KaZaA users for awhile. Plus it's general knowledge that there's alot of spy/adware that comes with using that program. You might as well use iTunes.

No, It Is Not! Unless your anti-virus software is bang up to date, You'll be downloading eveybodies viruses, not to mention all the spyware that it downloads that leads to credit card fraud (speaking from experience). I've had to uninstall limewire too because I notice my com slowing down and behavin how it did with kazaa. Free music??? It is too good to be true. I am sorry.

i only use torrent sites now like http://www.utorrent.com/ people comment on the files you download and so much means less chance of downloading some crap virus... Limewire is good for songs only... torrent sites can be quicker but i use torrents for applications films and games :) kazaa stay well away!!!!!!

Never use Kazzaa its rife with viruses that's why the user numbers are so low compared to emule and the like.
Try this site for guidance.

Not at all. Torrents are safer, but even then you need to be careful
