Which culture? Style? Definitely the urban folks, blacks, Latin, gays...Music? Ditto (but not serious music...not yet), Film? Middle Class...The Upper class contributes snobbery and elitism...and can contribute to the rest but usually don't. But why look at class? Snobs exist in the ghetto. Many rich are not snobbish...pop culture seems to spring from the inner city. Period.

Everyone, they just give the rich most of the credit.
