Although there are lots of good anime soundtracks, my all-time favorite is probably that from Fate/Stay Night. I haven't even watched the movie (only the TV show), but I downloaded the soundtracks for both and they're both excellent.

Look up "inner universe" its the opening song of ghost in the shell and hands down my favorite anime song.
